Midjourney Discord bot not responding

Fast fixes

1. Confirm the bot is online in the member list. If it shows offline for everyone, it is an outage — see /fix/midjourney-down.
2. Re-run /imagine from your own Direct Message with the bot rather than a crowded public room.
3. Check /info — if your fast hours are exhausted and relax mode is unavailable on your plan, jobs silently never start.
4. Make sure you accepted the Terms of Service; the bot ignores commands from accounts that have not.
5. If slash commands do not autocomplete, the app is not authorised in that server. Re-add Midjourney from your own account, or use DMs.
6. Restart the Discord client fully (not just the window) to refresh the command cache.

Rate limits and queues

A "Queued" job stuck for more than ten minutes should be cancelled and re-run. Jobs cancelled this way are not billed.
