A silent Midjourney bot usually means one of four things.
1. The bot is offline
Check the member list. If Midjourney Bot shows offline for everyone in the server, it is an incident — confirm on our status page and read Is Midjourney down right now?.
2. Slash commands are not registered
If /imagine does not autocomplete, Discord has not loaded the command set for that server. Add the Midjourney app to your own server from your account, or message the bot directly. A full restart of the Discord client (quit, not close) refreshes the command cache.
3. No fast hours and no relax access
Run /info. With zero fast hours on a plan without relax mode, jobs are accepted and never execute. Top up or switch plans.
4. Terms of Service not accepted
The bot ignores commands from accounts that have not accepted the ToS. Run /imagine once in a DM and accept the prompt that appears.
Jobs stuck at "Waiting to start"
Cancel and resubmit once. Cancelled jobs are not billed. If several jobs stall together, you have hit the concurrent-job limit for your plan.
