Quick check
- Open the official Midjourney status page and Discord announcements channel to confirm whether the outage is global.
- Check our live status widget at /status — it reflects the last recorded incident state.
- Try both surfaces: the Discord bot and midjourney.com. If only one fails, the outage is partial.
If it is a global outage
There is no client-side fix. Jobs queued during an outage are usually retried automatically once capacity returns, and fast hours are normally refunded for jobs that error out with a system error.
If it is only you
- Sign out of midjourney.com and sign back in with the same Discord account you subscribed with.
- Disable VPNs and ad blockers, which frequently break the websocket the web app uses to stream image progress.
- Clear site data for midjourney.com, then hard refresh.
- Try an incognito window to rule out a browser extension.
