Midjourney identity is your Discord account. Nearly every access problem traces back to signing in with the wrong one.
"You have no active subscription" after logging in
You are almost certainly on a second Discord account. Sign out of both midjourney.com and Discord in the browser, then sign back in with the account that received the purchase confirmation email.
The Discord OAuth popup fails
- Allow popups for midjourney.com.
- Disable VPNs — Discord blocks OAuth from many datacentre IP ranges.
- Complete Discord's own email verification and 2FA first; OAuth silently fails for unverified accounts.
You lost access to the original Discord account
Recover the Discord account first through Discord support. Midjourney cannot move a subscription between Discord accounts without proof of purchase, and the process starts with a billing ticket that includes the Stripe invoice ID.
Everything loads but images are missing
